Asura Site Kathertoli

The Asura site, Kathartoli was first came into notice by Shri S.C. Roy in 1920. The site was littered with red ware, potsherds and brunt brickbats. A. Ghosh has also inspected the site on 1944 and found the site was covered with brickbats and potsherds but no traces of masonry work could be seen on the surface.
